021 CONSTRUCTION was established in 2007, as a NHBRC Registered, BEE Level 3 Contributor, Privately 100% Black Owned Company, specialising in Residential & Commercial Construction in Cape Town, South Africa, with current expansion plans to Durban & Johannesburg, South Africa.
021 CONSTRUCTION has completed a large number of projects in South Africa. At the end of 2011, we have complete projects comprising over 6000m² and have a further 4000m² for 2012. Today, we are recognized as a regional leader in the industry, for our strength in traditional construction methods and for our creative, fresh approach to cutting edge technologies and delivery systems. Our expertise spans the construction industry spectrum, from smaller renovations to multi-million rand projects.

In August 2010, 021 CONSTRUCTION sponsored a 45sqm house to Mr. Nzima, a 78 year-old disabled man, who for the first time in his life, was given a HOME.
